The Giordano Residence was envisioned as a refined estate landscape that complements the scale and architecture of the custom home while embracing the site’s dramatic topography. Township Design developed a cohesive master plan that transforms grade changes into purposeful outdoor living experiences, using terraces, retaining walls, and layered planting to create elegance and usability throughout the property.
A key priority was ensuring the landscape felt integrated with the architecture rather than added afterward. Clean lines, natural stone materials, and restrained planting palettes were selected to reinforce the home’s modern yet timeless character.
